Shipping & Terms of Use
Thank you for shopping with Passionfish Candles & Gifts. We take great care when packing your order so your candles and home fragrance products arrive safely.
Shipping
We ship orders within Australia using standard Australia Post delivery.
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed. During busy periods, public holidays or promotions, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post delivery network.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order is shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We pack all orders carefully, but if your parcel arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
Your order number
Your full name
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A photo of the outer packaging
A photo of the postage label
Once we receive your details, we’ll review the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Please keep the damaged item and packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Passionfish purchase.
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, in original condition and returned in their original packaging.
Change-of-mind returns are assessed at our discretion. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles, melts, body products, bath products, oils or personal care items unless they are faulty.
Faulty Products
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible.
If a product is found to be faulty, we’ll offer a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, refund or store credit depending on the issue.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. If a product does not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
